REGISTRATION AND FEES
Seminar fees may be paid by cash, check, money order or credit card. Payment must be received before your space is guaranteed in a class. Fees must be remitted not later than two working days before the actual seminar date unless otherwise stated.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to the seminar. Substitutes are welcome. If the ASBTDC cancels a seminar, all fees will be refunded.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Seminars will not be held if UA Fort Smith is closed due to inclement weather. Check your local television or radio station for school closing. You may also check the UA Fort Smith web site.

DISCOUNT POLICY

General Public: Individuals who have registered for an ASBTDC training event at full price may register their spouse for free if they agree to share seminar materials.

UA Fort Smith Students & Employees: Any UA Fort Smith student or employee may attend any ASBTDC training event on a space available basis at no charge. Spouses of UA Fort Smith faculty and staff may attend any ASBTDC training event at one-half the published seminar fee.

Limitations on Discounts: The UA Fort Smith SBTDC Center Director must approve any and all other discounted or free ASBTDC training events. All discounted fee opportunities are contingent on a space available basis and will be honored unless the ASBTDC is cosponsoring the event with another group and the other group is retaining all fees.

The above Discount Policy is applicable to instructor-led seminars only. However, these discounts exclude QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and seminars that include meals.

Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance. Contact Sarah Martin at 479.788.7745 or smartin@uafortsmith.edu. Registration must be paid before requesting accommodations.
