Overview

The Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) is a membership-based community of adult learners who love to learn. Our mission is to provide opportunities for adults to further their knowledge in both scholarly and recreational pursuits. Our vision is to provide the community with an excellent lifelong learning program while embracing the uniqueness of our members and the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith.

Eligibility

There are no educational requirements to enroll. All persons forty years of age and older are eligible. You make take one, some, or all of the classes offered.

Certificate

Classes have no tests, and no grades are given. The University of Arkansas - Fort Smith does not grant Continuing Education units, CEUs, or college credit for completion of LLI classes, but you may request a certificate of participation.

Fee

One $50 registration fee per semester allows a participant to enroll in as many LLI classes as he or she chooses. Membership is open to those 40 and older for a fee of $50 per semester. Call to register now!
