The Academy of the Arts, a division of Lifelong Learning at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, offers private and class instruction in the performing arts. UA Fort Smith, through Ed2Go and Gatlin Education, offers certificates and six-week online courses in the categories of Computer Technology, Leadership and Management, Communications, Information Technology, Professional Development, Personal Enrichment and more. Students enrolling in an online program or class are allowed access to the online classroom 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A completion certificate is available for printing once the final exam has been completed. New classes are frequently added.

UA Fort Smith's Lifelong Learning Institute program offers learning opportunities for citizens to participate in classes and travel. Membership is open to those 40 and older for a fee of $50 per semester. (Spring - Fall). We are accepting registration for this semester. BEST is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization whose mission is to inspire students to pursue careers in engineering, science, and technology through participation in a sports-like, science and engineering-based robotics competition.
