Involvement in Intramurals provides students with the following:

• A program that promotes collaboration, integrity and good sportsmanship
• An outlet for organized physical activity in a low-key, but competitive environment
• Another connection between the University and its students

Types of Intramurals
There are two (2) types of Intramurals:

• Team Sports broken into a men's category and a women's category
• Co-Rec Sports (mixed men's/women's teams)
  

Leagues are dependent upon number of interested participants. Leagues may be combined.

Students who are enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 may participate in Intramurals.

Intramurals Offered
Intramural sports will be played on Tuesdays/Thursdays during the dates outlined below from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Times and dates are subject to change.

FALL 2007

• Flag Football: September 11 - October 11- Rosters due by 9/5
• 5-on-5 Basketball: October 30 - November 20- Rosters due by 10/22
• Ping Pong: October 30 - November 20- Rosters due by 10/22

SPRING 2008

• 5-on-5 Basketball: January 22 - February 26- Rosters due by 1/15
• Bowling: January 22 - February 26- Rosters due by 1/15
• Ultimate Frisbee: April 1 - May 1- Rosters due by 3/13

To register your team, please use the entry forms located in the Freshman Center and Student Activities Office.
