Why didn't the Ereserves article print?

Use the Acordex printer icon. Do not use the print icon from the browser as the document may not print or will print very slowly.

Why do the Ereserves pages print solid gray or black?

You must answer YES or RUN to the Acordex Imaging System Security Warning. When you see one of the following security warning messages, click on YES or RUN.

Why did only one Ereserves page print?

The Acordex print window defaults to the page currently displayed. Click on All to print the entire document. You may want to print page 2 (the first page after the copyright notice) to see if the print size is correct. If not, see the next section.

Why is the Ereserves print so small?

Every printer is unique. See if your printer gives you the option to enlarge the printed document. The following steps work for many printers.

Click on the Print icon within the Acordex menu (not the browser).

Click on the word Properties or Preferences within the Print window.

Click on Properties or Preferences

Look for the option to increase the image size. For some printers, this will be under the Effects tab. Set to 125% or larger as needed.

Why can't I login to Ereserves? The screen says "Sorry, cannot locate patron record."

You must be a currently enrolled student and have an active Boreham Library patron record. Click on this Patron Information link to verify whether your patron record is active. If you cannot connect, please call the library and have someone check your record.
