UA Fort Smith's mission is to positively and measurably change the lives of the people and communities we serve through education and training, as well as through cultural and economic development activities. Our primary purpose in Human Resources is to support all University units in the pursuit of this goal by recruiting and retaining the most qualified faculty and staff.
