Please take the following steps to begin the admission process with the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith:

• Fill out an application for admission. You may download a printable copy or fill out our online application.

Also, submit the following to the Office of Admissions and School Relations:

1. An official high school transcript or satisfactory completion of the General Education Development (GED) test.
2. Proof of immunization against measles and rubella if born on or after January 1, 1957. Immunity can be shown by providing a serological test confirming immunity or having received two doses of measles and one dose of rubella.
3. Official ACT or SAT student profile report or ASSET or COMPASS evaluation scores. Placement scores are current for four years.
