Loan FAQ's

Student loans are designed to help every student cover his or her expenses while attending an institution of higher education. UA Fort Smith participates in the Federal Stafford Loan program, the Parent PLUS Loan program, as well as certifying private and Alternative loans. The current interest rate for Federal Stafford Loans borrowed on or after July 1, 2006 is fixed at 6.8%.
