AAS - General Technology - Welding

The welding curriculum leads to the general technology associate of applied science degree. Students will develop skills to meet certain certification test standards for both structural and high-pressure vessel welding. Students will also be better prepared to assume positions that require an understanding of fabrication and layout. The technical certificate is designed to train for entry-level welding employment. Certificates of proficiency are available for skill-specific, entry-level training. Courses taken in the certificate program may be applied to the degree.
