• Prepare incoming first-time, full-time freshmen in the fall semester for a realistic view of college in regards to academics and social activities.
  

• Promote school spirit, loyalty, and pride.
  

• Foster a positive attitude about college and the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith
  

• Develop leadership skills in the students who are coordinating Cub Camp.
  

• Cultivate new friendships to last all four years of college!
