To prepare first time - full time UA Fort Smith freshmen for a successful transition into college through an interactive year-long networking experience geared toward helping new students learn about ongoing traditions and culture while instilling pride.

Vision:

To become the premier freshman experience, focused on maximizing retention from freshman to sophomore year of its participants.
