Is parking free?
Free parking is provided for Sebastian Commons residents. All residents with a vehicle will be issued a parking sticker by the Leasing Office. Parking stickers must be displayed at all times.

Is covered parking available?
Yes, for an additional $15/month. Those who park in covered parking spots to which they have not been assigned will be towed.

Where do I get a gate opener?
Residents are issued a gate opener on their move-in date.

Where may my guests park?
Guests may park in the lot directly across 49th Street from Sebastian Commons. Only those with parking stickers may park inside the Sebastian Commons gates.
