Beginning summer 2007, married students are allowed to live at Sebastian Commons. At least one of the residents must be enrolled in nine (9) credit hours at UA Fort Smith. Children are not permitted to live at the Commons.

Sebastian Commons provides couches, chairs, a bistro table and bar stools, beds, night stands, end tables, chest of drawers and desks for each apartment. The furniture provided by UA Fort Smith will not be removed to accommodate an individual resident's furniture. For more information on what to bring, go to What Should I Bring?
