Program Overview
Learn the skills needed to service and repair automotive engines and highly
complex vehicle computer systems. Successful completion of courses lead to
certification by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence and can lead
to master technician certification. The Automotive Technology Program is certified
by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF), Inc.
Students may work toward an associate of applied science degree,
technical certificate or various certificates of proficiency. Single classes and technical certification courses may be applied
toward the degree program or students may enroll in a single class to upgrade
current skill levels. Course credit may also be obtained through testing or
demonstrated proficiency.
