Vision Statement

We will be increasingly recognized by our stakeholders for developing entrepreneurial leadership in our students through integrated, practice-grounded programs.

Mission Statement

The primary mission of the College of Business is to prepare our undergraduate students for positions of leadership in our global economy through development of interpersonal, technological and functional business competencies. The mission also includes a commitment to applied scholarly activity and to a service orientation.

This mission is supported by:

First…an integrated practice-oriented curriculum that emphasizes leadership, ethics, and the development of entrepreneurship;

Secondly…instructional development and applications-oriented research to strengthen the program; and

Finally…service to our stakeholders including active participation in regional economic development.
