Major in Education

EDUCATION

A degree in education prepares students for careers in unlimited settings helping to advance society by effectively teaching skills needed for daily life. Graduates can work in child psychology, elementary education, day care, and adult education. There are several Bachelor degrees at UA Fort Smith that will prepare the student for licensure in Early Childhood, Middle Level with emphasis in Math/ Science or Language Arts/ Social Studies, and several areas of study for Secondary Education.
