UA Fort Smith's Student Advisement provides eligible current students the option of receiving academic advising via electronic mail (e-mail.) This service is available to all current students with an active LionsLink e-mail account.

Some questions may be too complex to deal with in this format and we may need to ask you to come in person to Student Advisement.

Students should remember that e-mail advising is only one method for receiving academic advising. Being advised in person is still encouraged on a periodic basis to verify academic progress and to declare a major, etc.

Responses to e-mail queries are on a first-come, first-served basis. Before a response is provided, your file may be updated and records will be reviewed to ensure accurate advising. The Advising staff will try to respond within three business days; however, during peak registration periods, it may take longer.
